Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We aim to ship all orders both domestic and international within 2-3 business days after purchase. Shipping time quoted at checkout is the estimated time for your order to reach you once it leaves our facility. 

During a sale or release, please allow up to 10 business days for orders to be shipped due to the high volume of orders.

Orders over P2,500 in Philippines qualify for free shipping. (Sorry, we are not able to offer free international shipping at this time)

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information prior to shipping. We will ship to the shipping address given at the time of checkout. Fresh Kids Apparel is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.

Reshipping of packages returned to Fresh Kids Apparel due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.

If a package is not received after 30 days standard shipping or 60 days international we will re-ship your order via standard shipping.

We do not issue refunds on lost packages.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT

Sorry, we do not offer price adjustments.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

The customer will be responsible for your country’s sales tax and/or duties.

International shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery, depending on the country.
